On behalf of TPO Foundation, professor Zilka Spahić Šiljak participated in the OSCE conference Agenda for 2018 Human Dimension Implementation. Within the panel: ''Tolerance Non-discrimination, including combating anti-Semitism, combating intolerance, discrimination based on religion or belief, including against Christian, Muslims and members of other religions'', professor Spahić Šiljak was speaking about utilization of the concept of ''relational dialogism'', which seeks to overcome secular-religious dualisms.

Relational dialogism is a framework that opens up the possibility of understanding religion and politics not as two separate and completely divided spheres of life, but as two spheres that are constantly changing, shifting, and impacting each other.
